受け付け後、払い戻しに際し確認が必要な場合には、個別にご連絡させていただくことがございます。
あいにく、申請内容や受付済みであることはWebサイトには反映されません。
受付順に手続きを行いますので、別途手続きについてのお知らせメールが届くまで、今しばらくお待ちいただきますようお願いいたします。
払い戻しのお申し込みを取り消しされたい場合は、お手数ですが国際線お問い合わせ窓口へお電話にてご相談ください。
なお、既に払い戻し処理が完了している場合は承れませんのでご了承ください。

If you would like to cancel your refund request, please call and ask at JAL International Contact Center.
Also, please note that if the refund process has already been completed, it will not be accepted.
